KappaSelect - human Fab kappa ligand

KappaSelect is an affinity medium designed for the purification of Fab (kappa) fragments from different sources. The product marketed by GE Healthcare uses BAC's CaptureSelect^® human Fab kappa ligand.
As the Fab kappa ligand binds to all human immunoglobulin that contain a kappa light chain the product is also applicable for the purification of for instance IgA and IgM.

KappaSelect™ is an affinity medium, enabling an efficient capture step with high affinity and yield. This chromatography media is developed as a Custom Design Media, and made available for the general market. The benefits of working with KappaSelect include:
