1. How can I contact CaptureSelect customer service?
Our CaptureSelect customer service team can be contacted by email at the following adress ligands@captureselect.com. We will respond to your request/question/complaint as soon as possible.
2. Can we order by fax or e-mail

3. I want to change my password
You can change your password in the USER page bij going to www.captureselect.com/user.
4. I have not received an e-mail confirming my order is being processed
If you have not received an e-mail stating your order is being processed, please contact us.
5. I have not received my order confirmation including prices and delivery
If you have not received your order confirmation within 3 working days, please reply to your order transmission e-mail to contact us and detail the problem.
6. Shipment not arrived
If a shipment has not arrived on or before the delivery date stated on the order confirmation please reply to the order confirmation e-mail detailing the problem.
7. Shipment not arrived in good order
If a shipment has not arrived in good order please reply to the order confirmation e-mail detailing the information of your order and explain the problem.
8. Change your contact information
You can change your contact information in the USER page bij going to www.captureselect.com/user.
9. When is the invoice send?
The invoice will be send by regular mail as soon as the order is shipped, and normally arrives around the same day as the package. For all other invoice questions please contact us.
10. What are the delivery timings?
The order will be processed immediately and the delivery date can be found in the order confirmation. Normally delivery takes place within 10 working days.
11. Can I cancel an order?
An order can be canceled but this has to be done before the product has been shipped. To cancel send a reply to your order confirmation e-mail (automatically detailing all ordering information). Please clearly state Cancellation and explain your reasons for cancelling the order. We may calculate an administration fee for the cancellation. The order has not been cancelled until you have received a confirmation of the cancellation.
