Research Products

BAC offers a range of research products for every step in the development process, from discovery research through to preclinical purification. BAC’s research products are available as slurries from 5ml to 1L. In addition, through our collaborations with Phynexus, Atoll and BioSystem Development, they can be made available for high throughput screening and as prepacked columns.

Antibody Purification: The Antibody Toolbox are products available for the purification of any antibody format. Unlike the common bacterial coat protein matrices (Protein A, G and L), the Antibody Toolbox matrices were specifically designed to be able to purify with high affinity and specificity any antibody format. The products are immobilized on high capacity agaroses.

Sample Preparation: The Proteomics Toolbox products are all single use products for sample preparation of human plasma or serum. These products can be used for sample preparation before proteomics or alternatively before diagnostics. These products are immobilized on high capacity agaroses.

Protein Purification: Products for the single step purification of selected therapeutic proteins or fusion proteins. These products are immobilized on high capacity agaroses.

Ligand Conjugates: A selection of Capture-Select ligands has been chemically conjugated to biotin for use in analytical assays.    

HPLC products: In collaboration with BAC, Life Technologies offers our CaptureSelect ligands on POROS media in pre-packed columns for analytical applications.
