Toolbox for antibody purification
BAC is proud to announce the CaptureSelect® toolbox for antibody purification
Using its unique CaptureSelect technology BAC has generated the ultimate toolbox for antibody purification. Several ligands of this toolbox for antibody purification are in our product portfolio. These include an caustic stable Human IgG ligand that binds to the Fc, and Fab kappa and Fab lambda ligands that bind to the antibodies light chain. The Toolbox for Antibody Purification
In addition to binding in traditional domains, we have directed ligands towards unique domains on Fc that enable purification of all subclasses (including IgG3) of human IgG’s, providing improved performance over Protein A. By directing ligands towards unique domains on LC, we have enabled capture of dissociated LC’s, all Kappa Fab’s, all Lambda Fab’s, providing improved performance over Protein L. By binding to both Kappa and Lambda LC, we have enabled capture of all human Ig’s (IgG, IgM, IgA and IgE. We have also directed ligands towards IgG epitopes conserved across different species to provide an alternative to Protein G.
