Literature

On these pages literature in the form of company presentations, posters and articles can be found. The article section gives background on the technology, use of the CaptureSelect ligands in chromatography and contains articles describing the low immunogenicity of the VHH ligands. Slides from oral and poster presentations can be downloaded directly from this site.

Articles

    Featured articles

McCue at al (2009), Biogen-Idec, describes the upscaling process of the VIIISelect resin for the purification of b-domain deleted recombinant Factor VIII. High yield and purity together with very high LRVs for process related impurities (HCP, hcDNA and viral clearance) make the media extremely suitable for large scale manufacturing.

Kuroiwa et al, Hematech LLC, shows the specificity of the IgSelect resin for the production of human immunoglobulins in cattle. In a different article in BioPharm International Liu et al, process engineer at Bristol-Myers Squibb, calls IgSelect “A stable alternative to Protein A chromatography”.
