• Human IgG – marketed by GEHC (GE Healthcare) as IgSelect
  This product enables the purification of IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4 from any source caused by its human specificity, making it extremely suitable for the purification of monoclonals from transgenic sources or IVIG from plasma. Besides this specificity the product can as well be used with caustic cleaning and has milder elution conditions than other products.
  
  
• Fab Kappa – marketed by GEHC as KappaSelect
  This unique product enables the plug and play purification of any antibody format containing the kappa light chain, including antibody fragments, IgM, IgA and IgG’s in a single step process.
  
  
• Adeno-Associated Virus – marketed by GEHC as AVB sepharose HP
  This product has been demonstrated to be able to purify AAV serotypes 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 in a single step process to a high degree of purity while retaining infectivity. This product eliminates the use of the poorly scalable multi-step process including density gradient centrifugation.
  
  
• Recombinant Factor VIII – marketed by GEHC as VIIISelect
  A product developed for the purification of recombinant factor VIII. Companies interested in the purification of factor VIII from plasma can obtain samples from GEHC but should contact BAC for a license arrangement.
